Ashok KadambiMD, F.A.C.E.
Dr. Ashok Kadambi was born in Bangalore, India and completed his residency training and fellowship at Cook County Hospital in Chicago and the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio. Currently, Dr Kadambi has a private practice in Fort Wayne, Indiana where he specializes in multiple Endocrine issues including Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy in which he has attained advanced practitioner status.
His sincere interest and passion has made him a popular speaker in the field of Endocrinology. Dr. Kadambi continues to educate the community as well as his colleagues on disorders associated with the Endocrine System and treatment options to help each individual obtain optimal health.
Jennifer SaggarsMMS, PA-C
Jennifer Saggars attended Indiana University in Bloomington where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition Science. She completed her Physician Assistant training at Midwestern University in Downers Grove, Illinois. Soon after PA school, Jennifer returned to Indiana working in the areas of Wellness and Disease Prevention and Family Medicine. Her interests include educating patients on wellness and improving their quality of life.
Jennifer BornPA-C, MMS, MSPH
Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Foreign Languages from Indiana University in Fort Wayne in 2003. She complated graduate school at Arcadia University in Glenside, PA earning both a Master of Science in Public Health and Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies in 2006. She is board certified as a Physician Assistant.
Desiree Heim, NP-C, joined the Fort Wayne Endocrinology team in November 2015. Prior to joining, she was a NP for Summit Pain Management. She also has experience as a charge RN in the Pre/Post/PACU department.
Desiree graduated from the University of Saint Francis in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She then obtained her Master of Science in Nursing-Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Saint Francis in 2014. She is a member of American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and Coalition of Advanced Practice Nurses of Indiana.
